MBC provides students with professional Guidance Counseling which aim to impart specific skills and learning opportunities to ensure that all students can achieve school success through academic, career, and personal/social development.

The MBC Career and Placement Service (CAPS) steers student’s career by providing talks, exhibits, and seminars from different industries. CAPS also maintains proper communications with different leading industries to help provide graduates with jobs and employment.

Manila Business College's continuous dedication to provide services that would benefit its students offer programs such as K.E.I. (Knowledge, Experience, Income) Program, SMST (Save Money, Save Time) Program, T & H (Train and Hire) Program.

MBC encourages students to become integrated into all aspects of school life including extra-curricular activites. Basketball, volleyball, billiards, badminton, dance, and music lessons are just a few of the many sporting and cultural activities available. MBC regularly provides excursions, exhibit, outside seminars, and other social gatherings to broaden the students’ knowledge and social awareness.
